Service
We provide proxy purchasing in Japan and international forwarding. You pay for the agency service; goods are sourced from third-party Japanese sellers.
Timeline
- Domestic purchase in Japan: generally within 7 days of order confirmation
- International delivery: generally 7–90 days after domestic purchase is completed
Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to stock, sellers, customs, or force majeure.
Shipping fees and duties
International shipping is estimated before checkout based on weight/volume; final charges are based on actual measurements at dispatch, with any difference billed or refunded.
Shipping adjustments: Displayed international shipping is an estimate. After goods arrive at our warehouse, final shipping is calculated from actual weight, volume, packaging, and current carrier rates. If final shipping exceeds the estimate by more than 10%, we may notify you to pay the difference. Failure to pay within the stated period, or a clear refusal to pay, may result in order cancellation and refunds per our Refund Policy (except non-refundable costs already incurred).
Import duties and taxes are usually borne by the recipient under local law.
Restricted shipments
We may refuse prohibited or restricted items, invalid addresses, or refused deliveries per our Terms of Service.
