User Service Agreement (Terms of Use)
This agreement governs the rights and obligations between you (the "User") and this website (the "Site") regarding proxy purchasing services. Before registering, signing in, or using the Site, please read this agreement carefully.
By completing registration or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this agreement in full.
Important (nature of service, timing, cancellation)
- Your payment is for proxy purchasing and international shipping agency services—not ownership of the goods.
- After order confirmation, domestic purchase in Japan is generally completed within 7 days; international delivery generally within 7–90 days.
- After domestic purchase in Japan is completed, cancellations or returns for customer convenience are generally not accepted.
Article 1 (Services)
The Site provides Japan product proxy purchasing services, including but not limited to:
- Parsing product information
- Purchasing goods on your behalf
- Estimating shipping and related costs
- International forwarding and logistics
The Site is not the seller of the goods; products are supplied by third-party merchants.
Article 2 (Product information and estimates)
Dimensions, weight, shipping costs, and similar information are estimated from typical data, experience, or algorithms and are for reference only.
- Actual size, weight, or packaging may differ; final charges are based on amounts actually incurred.
- If actual costs exceed estimates, you must pay the difference before shipment.
- You agree that differences due to estimation errors do not constitute a breach by the Site.
Article 2-1 (International shipping adjustments)
International shipping shown on the Site is an estimate. After goods arrive at our warehouse, final shipping is calculated based on actual weight, volume, packaging, and the carrier's current rates.
If final shipping exceeds the estimate by more than 10%, the Site may notify you to pay the difference. If you fail to pay within the stated period, or clearly refuse to pay, the Site may cancel the order and refund paid amounts per our Refund Policy (except costs already incurred and non-refundable).
Article 3 (Order formation and cancellation)
After you submit an order and complete payment, you are deemed to have commissioned the Site to purchase on your behalf.
The Site may cancel orders when:
- The product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable
- The price is clearly abnormal
- The merchant restricts or refuses the transaction
- Laws, regulations, or logistics rules prevent shipment
If an order is cancelled, the Site will refund the remainder after deducting costs already incurred.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
The Site estimates size and shipping from general product data. You must not:
- Exploit estimation errors to avoid shipping or fees in bad faith
- Exploit bugs or loopholes for improper gain
- Place abusive bulk orders, monopolize resources, or disrupt the system
- Provide false information or engage in illegal transactions
If the Site finds such conduct, it may cancel orders, restrict or terminate accounts, refuse further service, and pursue legal remedies.
Article 5 (Payment and fees)
- You pay product price, service fees, and shipping as shown on the Site.
- The service fee is a percentage of the item total (currently 10%), with a minimum of USD 10 (converted at checkout rates).
- Exchange rates, handling fees, and logistics charges may change with market conditions.
- All amounts are subject to final settlement.
Article 6 (Restricted goods and compliance)
You must ensure purchases comply with the laws of the destination. The Site may refuse purchase or shipment of:
- Dangerous or prohibited items
- Goods subject to import/export restrictions
- Goods requiring special licences
Losses, fines, or liability from your non-compliance are your sole responsibility.
Article 7 (Product risks and limitations)
- The Site does not warrant quality, authenticity, performance, or after-sales support of goods.
- Goods may be damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.
The Site is not liable for losses caused by merchants, carriers, or force majeure (e.g. natural disasters or policy changes).
Article 8 (Logistics and timing)
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- International carriage may be delayed by customs, weather, or policy.
- You bear risks arising from such delays.
Article 9 (Refunds and after-sales)
- Once a proxy purchase is completed, orders generally cannot be cancelled without cause.
- If the merchant agrees to a refund, the Site will return funds after deducting applicable costs.
- Losses from your errors (e.g. wrong item ordered) are yours to bear.
Article 10 (Account security)
- Keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for loss from theft or poor account management.
- The Site may freeze accounts when abuse is suspected.
Article 11 (Risk control and abnormal orders) (Important)
To protect fair trading and system stability, the Site operates risk controls. It may review, adjust, or cancel orders that show:
- Clearly abnormal prices (e.g. far below market)
- Unreasonable shipping or weight
- System or data errors
- Abnormal high-volume ordering in a short period
Measures may include recalculating and asking you to confirm costs, pausing the order, or cancelling with refund. You agree these steps are not a breach by the Site.
Article 12 (Intellectual property)
The Site's systems, design, data, and content are protected. Copying, republishing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Article 13 (Changes to this agreement)
The Site may amend this agreement for operational needs. Revised terms take effect when published on the Site.
Article 14 (Governing law and disputes)
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the courts at the Site's location.
Article 15 (Final interpretation) (Important)
To the extent permitted by law, the Site retains final interpretation of these terms and of its services.
